Due to the perishable nature of the products we do not offer refunds. Credit notes or a replacement order to the same value will be given in the event that you receive the incorrect product. If you are unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your goods upon delivery you must contact us with a photograph within twenty-four hours of receipt in order for us to evaluate the issue and assist you with your issue. We are unable to issue credit notes or replacement orders if issues are raised after the allotted timeframe and All Things Sweet Ltd will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
